Hi, my name is Nathan, owner of Davis Asphalt Maintenance.  I was born and raised in Tri-cities, Washington and my wife and I have lived here with our three children since 2009.

We love the Tri-cities and love serving the people in this community.

We started as Davis Unlimited in 2016 and for several  years we serviced gas station sites all over the state: pressure washing, painting, line striping, oil stain removal, and general maintenance.  We are on our 4th year of also doing asphalt repair and preservation and continue painting parking lots.  We take pleasure in providing a variety of services to local families and businesses for their convenience.  They have peace of mind knowing we are a business they can trust to do honest and high quality work.
